Herbs can be used to create a Hair Tea Rinse by pour boiling water over herbs and let steep for 15-30 min or place in the fridge and infuse overnight. The longer you steep the better! Do not apply to you hair while hot! You can spray into your hair before or after shampooing on wash day, use while you deep condition your hair. Let the tea sit into your hair for at least 30mins. Rinse with warm water. Tea rinses can also be left in your hair for optimal benefits.

For immediate use you can warm your oils and herbs by doing the double boiler method on low heat for 15mins. Do not allow your oils to get extremely hot. Let sit overnight then use daily and for hot oil treatments.
