DUE TO COVID-19 you may experience some delay!

Orders ship only on business days, which are Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).

We ship all domestic orders via USPS & UPS. Our shipping rates are subject to change based on current carrier shipping costs.

Wrong Address

As a customer of June Rose Kurls LLC you are required to provide the correct address before placing an order. We advise you to read over every information provided before placing an order to ensure it is correct. If an incorrect address was placed please quickly email us within 10 mins for the address to be updated at info@junerosekurls.com

*Customers are required to pay a re-shipping fee, if the address they provided was incorrect.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to June Rose Kurls LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re delivery cost (amount subject to change based on current shipping rates).

June Rose Kurls LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages

June Rose Kurls LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, June Rose Kurls will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. It is the purchaser's responsibility to inquire about your lost or stolen package with the shipping carrier. We are a small business, we are not Amazon so we could not possibly replace all stolen packages or packages marked delivered, that you did not receive. 

If you know you live in a neighborhood that steals packages please ensure you ship your packages to another location that is secured. Please also ensure you TEXT OR EMAIL us to ensure we add signature approval to all your orders. Please do this before placing your orders or EMAIL OR TEXT us within an hour before we ship. Thank you!

Damaged & Incorrect Orders 

In the event that you received the wrong item, an item is missing from your package, or damaged item please email us at info@junerosekurls.com within 24 hours and we will try to resolve the issue once verified. Pictures may be required for our records, we will also need the damaged products mailed back to us. 

Packages Over $80.00

Packages over $80.00 will be required to be signed for, in order to be released by the postal services. This is to ensure your products are delivered to you safely.

SHIPPING TO JAMAICA

The best way to have your orders delivered in Jamaica would be to sign up with a shipping courier in Jamaica. This method would be the fastest and cheapest way to order with us. Shipping couriers in Jamaica charge based on the weight of your order so it would be best to keep your orders under $50 to avoid extra charges. Once you sign up with a shipping courier from your PARISH in Jamaica, they would provide you with your own United States shipping mailing address. Once you order, your packages would be delivered to the mailing address they provide, then ships from there to their main office in Jamaica. This is where you would retrieve your package but be prepared to pay their fees. You the customer would be responsible for all fees, please ask your shipping courier about each fees to be prepared. Do we offer wholesale orders?

Absolutely not! We handcraft each of our products and they are all unique to suit our valued customers. We are not a buy and sell company. Please do not resell our products as your own.
